Customer Care

Thank you for supporting Shroud. We are a very small independent shop and every item is produced in small batches or printed specifically when an order is placed. Because of this, we work hard to make sure each product is accurately described and represented before you purchase.

If you have any questions before ordering, please feel free to reach out through the contact page. We are always happy to help clarify sizing, materials, or product details.

We believe in honest communication and fair treatment. If something genuinely goes wrong with your order, we will always do our best to make it right.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase.

Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after shipping.

Please note that delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or seasonal demand are outside of our control.

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are printed and prepared specifically for each order, we do not offer general returns or refunds for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.
Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing.

However, if your item arrives:​
• damaged
• defective
• misprinted
• or incorrect


please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue. If the problem is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Our goal is to ensure that customers receive the product they ordered in good condition.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders move into production quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

After production begins, we may no longer be able to make changes.
